Hidden behind a beautiful high stone wall, our fully enclosed private complex offers the freedom to slow down, reconnect and enjoy unforgettable moments with the people you love. Safe, peaceful, dog-friendly and child-friendly, it is the perfect destination for family holidays, weekends with friends and special gatherings throughout the year.

The complex welcomes up to nine guests across four private bedrooms. The main house features two spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom with a shower. Two charming guest houses provide an additional private bedroom and en-suite bathroom each—giving everyone comfort, privacy and their own space to relax.

Summer days are made for the child-friendly swimming pool, outdoor games and long lunches beneath the open sky. The spacious outdoor dining area brings everyone together, while the outdoor fireplace and barbecue create the perfect setting for relaxed afternoons and atmospheric evenings filled with good food, music and laughter.

In winter, the house transforms into a warm and cosy retreat. Relax in the infrared sauna, gather around the indoor fireplace, or spend the evening in our authentic Bulgarian механа. With its large screen and modern audio and video capabilities, the механа is ideal for shared dinners, movie nights, watching sports, listening to music and celebrating special occasions.

The fully furnished and equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare anything from a relaxed family breakfast to a traditional dinner for the whole group. If you prefer to simply enjoy your holiday, we can also arrange delicious homemade food upon request.

Beyond the stone walls, some of Bulgaria’s most impressive natural and cultural treasures are waiting to be discovered. Explore the spectacular Prohodna Cave, walk along the beautiful Zlatna Panega Eco Trail, enjoy the scenery around the Iskar River, visit ancient rock monasteries and discover many more remarkable places in the surrounding area.
